Two days ago, as my site was moved from one domain name to replace the old site domain name, the site worked, but the links to my site did not. One phone call to Tracy, and she took care of it in 10 minutes, calling your DNS specialists, and fixing it to a point that my new site did not loose any rating!!! Yesterday, in phase two of the site -transfer, she helped facilitate and move 1/3rd of my other domains, from yahoo to Chiromatrix Servers, and made sure that the person responsible for that connected them to my new site. Later that day, within minutes of action, she installed and activated my online store for me, initiating in a Conference call to my Vitamins Company’s Tech Support. And all, with fun, loving, happy go lucky attitude. She, in our entire encounter, was always, professional, fast to execute, generous and never judgmental. She always lay down the options, and explained the pros and cons of every action, thus providing a true immaculate customer support with a soul.
