Overview of Organization:

The Gonstead Clinical Studies Society has the following mission:

Our Mission is to perpetuate the teachings of Dr. Clarence S. Gonstead, fund chiropractic research, and encourage cooperation and camaraderie amongst all who practice the Gonstead technique. The G.C.S.S. endorses G.M.I., the Gonstead Seminar, Inc. as well as groups and individuals who have studied under the tutelage of Dr. Gonstead.

A pioneer in the chiropractic community, Dr. Clarence Gonstead was well-known for his innovations in adjustment techniques and his committment to the care and well-being of his patients. Founded in 1979, in the Gonstead Clinic Studies Society is a non-profit, non-partisan organization. Through its College of Fellows it certifies chiropractors in the Gonstead techniques, and conducts ongoing research to "improve the quality of chiropractic care and scientifically validate the Gonstead System."
